Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delays caused by the courier service may be outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Kalaa & Co. cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

7. Exchange Policy

Kalaa & Co. currently follows an exchange-only policy.

Returns and refunds are not accepted.

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to our exchange conditions.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must not have stains, damage, alterations, or signs of use.
  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

A ₹99 exchange fee will be applicable for every approved exchange request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. Exchange requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

8. Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched, where cancellation is available.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
