Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping and tracking information.

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier service.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only consider address-change requests if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery address may not be changed.

At present, Kalaa & Co. ships within India only, unless otherwise specified on our website.
